We've lost in HAPPINESS, rose to SURRENDER and now will sunk for DESIRE

How it is amazing to see that band which you loved from the beginning is still making awesome music. But first things first, lets call everything in right words, OK?

As you might guessed that I am going to talk about HURTS-an amazing DUET( not a band actually) from U.K. that was formed not that long ago, in 2009. Their first single Wonderful Life from album Happiness hit many charts in a short period of time. You may think that it was back then, music changed since and all that stuff. Surely, music changed a bit, but this song is fascinating in every time and place. If you start counting pluses you will find out that it can be called perfection (too much glory?).But mostly true, video looks awesome and dynamic, dances make that tension and tell the story, and music itself is strong ,with great beats and meaningful words, everything is connected and have a deep meaning.

But it was eight years ago, right? So why would I like to remind it to you, the answer is simple-new single. This fall, namely next Friday, September 29th, HURTS will release their new album Desire. They had already presented the world two new songs from it and also released clips. Both songs, Ready to Go and Beautiful Ones are powerful, so listen to them if you haven't yet. But for now I want to talk more about this album's first single-Ready to Go.

I didn't connect it with anything, I like how they tell the story of a girl who had so much affection on people, and especially on the main character, who is played by Theo Hutchcraft (lead singer of the duet and a marvelous dancer,btw).His emotions just overfill this music video, he is very dynamic and he tries to tell the story of this girl and his love for her using only dance moves that shown as HER body moves and emotions he suffer from. Everyone can translate the real meaning of the song differently, but for me there were three things that I saw .First, the love story where the happy ending will never going to happen. We don't know the true reason but the girl is dead and no one can do nothing to bring her back. The boy is grieving, but no one actually will understand him, so he tries to save those memories for himself and tell others about their love. Complicated but true. Second thing is that maybe the girls was a witch, who enchanted Theo(the boy) for some reason, but it make no much sense. And the third, that I came up with not long ago is a sequel.

Now you may think I am crazy, but that is why in the beginning I was talking about Wonderful Life. This new single, Ready to Go, seemed for me like a perfect continuation of the first song they actually released. The stories look pretty similar but adding some details, like completing each other. I think it is just my imagination and the duo didn't mean to make it look like this.
