Single or an Album- what is your choice?

Hey everyone! There are some questions that I was eager to ask. I was quite curious, well, here your favorite band or singer releases new song, teases you with it till full album release, but how many of you exactly listen to WHOLE album? How many of you wait for that big date, when a joy bomb will drop? Or you are more that type, that listens only to hits, those with music videos?
Why am I talking about it? Actually there is no real point, only my inner curiosity. But these questions are quite important, because artists put a lot of effort and their soul in creating full, complete album. Mostly people tend to listen to singles that are put in radio charts and don't know any other incredible stuff. I experienced that myself. As music lover I always expand my discography, and often my faves become other songs from the same album as a hit song, and when friends come to my house or we hang out together they always ask what is playing. Even though, they might listen to the exact same artist non-stop, but never get to the whole stuff.

Waiting for album release is really thrilling, especially if it is from your favorite artist. That buzz when the date is coming closer. But even more exiting is when album drops unexpectedly. Listening to whole recording actually forms your attitude towards singer(s). I mean, how can you be absolutely sure that you like the band by hearing only one song? It may happen sometimes, but you still cannot claim that you are a fan. I wish everyone to be caught by ONE song so you can explore the amazing world that the artist creates by spending hours, days, weeks, YEARS in recording studios. Because they all are more than just a radio hit single.
